This website presents our climate-advisory services. We process personal data only as described below. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not run analytics, and we do not sell data.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by [hosting provider with full address, e.g. "checkdomain GmbH, Große Burgstraße 27/27a, 23552 Lübeck, Germany" or "Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA"].
When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary to deliver the website reliably and securely.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website. Log files are deleted after [retention period, e.g. 7–30 days — confirm with the hosting provider].
We have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with the hosting provider. [If the provider is located outside the EU/EEA: data transfer is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the provider's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.]
4. Contact form
If you use our contact form, we process the data you enter — name, company, role, country, sector, production volume and your message — for the purpose of handling your inquiry.
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by [form delivery service, e.g. "Web3Forms (STARTUPR DIGITAL VENTURES)"] acting as our processor, and are received in our mailbox operated by [mailbox provider, e.g. "Google LLC (Gmail)"]. [For providers located in the USA: the transfer is based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.]
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request) and your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, given via the consent checkbox. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
We retain inquiries until they have been fully handled and thereafter only for as long as statutory retention obligations require [or state a fixed period, e.g. "and delete them after 12 months"].

If you contact us at hello@nz-rabatconsulting.com, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer your inquiry. The legal bases stated in section 4 apply accordingly.
